Nauman Smith Attorney Craig Staudenmaier Named 2011 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer

(Harrisburg, PA) —  Nauman Smith Attorney Craig J. Staudenmaier has been named by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine as one of the 2011 top attorneys in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, according to an announcement by Spencer G. Nauman, Jr., Esq., Senior Partner.

“Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named Super Lawyers and Mr. Staudenmaier has been recognized for his distinguished legal career in Media and Right-to-Know Law and Transportation Law in Pennsylvania,” Mr. Nauman said today.

Craig  routinely represents print and broadcast media, Class 1 and regional short line railroads and other clients in all types of litigation in the trial courts of approximately twenty-six counties in Pennsylvania and has successfully argued cases before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

His selection for this esteemed professional award was made by the research team at Super Lawyers, in Eagan MN, which each year undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, as well as a good-standing and disciplinary check.

“The attorneys, paralegals, and staff at Nauman, Smith, Shissler & Hall, LLP, are enormously proud of Craig’s many professional accomplishments.” Mr. Nauman added. This is the second consecutive year he has been selected.

Founded in 1871, Nauman, Smith, Shissler & Hall, LLP, is the oldest law firm in continuous existence in Pennsylvania’s capital city and is currently celebrating its 140th year of legal service to the central Pennsylvania area.
