Real Estate Law Practice Group

In a practice encompassing all aspects of real estate law, Nauman Smith lawyers provide comprehensive legal advice on complex real estate issues to individual and business clients in Pennsylvania. Real Estate Transactions

Our attorneys represent buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants in real estate acquisition, disposition, development and leasing. We counsel clients on a broad spectrum of issues, including choice of entity, drafting and negotiating of purchase contracts, leases, and financing documents.

Leasing

Nauman Smith attorneys represent residential and commercial landlords in the leasing of properties, including retail, office and multi-use properties. We have advised clients on long-term ground leases, office leases and commercial retail leases.

Land Use and Zoning

Our attorneys represent private and municipal entities in zoning, land use approval and environmental compliance issue. Our services include counsel in subdivisions, land development plans, variances, special exceptions and conditional uses. Concurrently, we counsel our clients on various environmental and other regulatory compliance matters.

Real Estate Financing

Our attorneys represent lenders and borrowers through all phases of the real estate financing process. This includes residential and commercial mortgages, leasehold financing and sale-lease back transactions.
